Two medals for valleys athletes at cross country nationals.

Masters athletes were the toast of the small Valleys United team that travelled to Tauranga for the national cross country championships last weekend.
Two silver medals were won, both in masters age groups.
Vaughan New was second in the 45-50 men's age group, clocking 29min 58sec for the undulating 8km course.
And Anna Robertson added another silver in the women's 35-39 year age group, completing the 6km course in 25:42.
Four under 20 men completed the small Valleys contingent, with the best of the finishers being Wainui's Sean Butler, 9th in 28:55 over 8km.
